In 1988, HUIFENG 88 was established with a singular mission: to provide California homeowners with a level of construction integrity that was missing from the mass market. We bridge the gap between "contractor" and "craftsman."

Based in La Puente and Poway, our footprint covers the most diverse architectural landscapes in SoCal. We specialize in the Design-Build model—meaning we handle your project from the first pencil sketch to the final inspection.

1. Information Collection

HUIFENG 88 collects data necessary for the execution of home remodeling services. This includes personal identifiers (Name, Email, Property Address) and technical data collected via cookies for website optimization.

2. CCPA Rights (California)

As a resident of California, you have the right to request disclosure of the data we collect, the right to opt-out of data sharing (though we do not sell your data), and the right to request the deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email service@huifeng88design.com.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with licensed subcontractors, engineering firms, and municipal building departments required to execute your project. We may also use third-party project management software where your data is stored under strict encryption.

4. Data Retention

We retain project-related data for a period of 10 years to fulfill legal warranty requirements as mandated by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

Any project inquiry through this website is an invitation to treat. A binding professional relationship is only established through a signed Home Improvement Contract as regulated by California CSLB.

2. Change Orders & Modifications

All modifications to the original scope of work must be documented in writing via a Change Order. This includes material substitutions, structural adjustments, or city-mandated code corrections, all of which may affect the final cost.

3. Concealed Conditions

HUIFENG 88 is not responsible for pre-existing concealed conditions (e.g., mold, termite damage, or unpermitted previous work) discovered during teardown. Such conditions will require a Change Order for remediation.

4. Mechanic's Lien Warning

Anyone who helps improve your property, but who is not paid, may record what is called a mechanic's lien on your property. We provide full lien releases upon final payment to ensure your title remains clear.

5. Site Safety & Access

Clients must provide safe and consistent access to the project site during working hours. Unauthorized presence on the active construction site by clients or third parties is prohibited for safety reasons.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through non-binding mediation or arbitration in Los Angeles or San Diego County.
