All modifications to the original scope of work must be documented in writing via a Change Order. This includes material substitutions, structural adjustments, or city-mandated code corrections, all of which may affect the final cost.
HUIFENG 88 is not responsible for pre-existing concealed conditions (e.g., mold, termite damage, or unpermitted previous work) discovered during teardown. Such conditions will require a Change Order for remediation.
Anyone who helps improve your property, but who is not paid, may record what is called a mechanic's lien on your property. We provide full lien releases upon final payment to ensure your title remains clear.
Clients must provide safe and consistent access to the project site during working hours. Unauthorized presence on the active construction site by clients or third parties is prohibited for safety reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through non-binding mediation or arbitration in Los Angeles or San Diego County.
